In this explosive performance, choreographer Marco Gerris combines breaking and urban sports with circus. A group of performers, including freerunners, spectacular hip-hop dancers, B-Boys, acrobats, jugglers, and skaters, explore the boundaries of the all-encompassing elements water, fire, air, and earth.

Continuously challenging each other, they seek a new balance of calm, energy, space, and strength. An energetic show where performers clash, challenge each other, and then merge into one.

In the dazzling Hiphop Circus, everything truly comes together. The performers play with the four elements in their movements. They are as quick as water, seem to float through the air and land firmly on the ground. DJ Irie provides sick beats, while BMX riders, skaters, breakers, and acrobats showcase the most unimaginable combinations of movements and disciplines. During this overwhelming spectacle, you won't believe your eyes!

Over ISH Dance Collective

Choreograaf, artistiek leider en oprichter Marco Gerris vindt al meer dan twintig jaar met succes zijn weg buiten de gebaande paden. Geïnspireerd door straatcultuur brengt ISH hiphop dans en urban sports naar het theater. Verenigd door het besef dat grenzen niet bestaan, maakt ISH dans van elementen die je niet meteen als dans zou bestempelen. Er ontstaat bewegingsvrijheid als je de kaders loslaat: de verbindende kracht van een open blik.
