Tickets for the performances and other activities can be purchased directly from Parktheater Eindhoven. Purchases can be made online, by phone or at the box office.

Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 6pm and all days from one hour before the start of the performance

Buying tickets online at www.parktheater.nl is easy, safe and fast. Purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment options

When purchasing tickets online, you can pay with Ideal or credit card. It is also possible to pay with gift cards or a Parktheater voucher (tegoedbon). At the theater box office, we also accept debit card and cash payments.

Paying with gift cards or a voucher

Parktheater accepts the following vouchers/gift cards:

You can use these options at the box office as well as online. For options indicated with a * , you can enter the code on the payment webpage. Is there no code visible on your card (perhaps you have an older version of one of these cards), or do you have a Gift Card from the Parktheater? Then, fill in this form after purchasing your tickets and send the form along with your voucher(s) to the ticket sales office (Kaartverkoop). The voucher amount will then be transferred back into your bank account as soon as possible.
** Since 1 July 2020, the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act has taken effect. This means that from 1 July you can use a maximum of € 50 per transaction from your VVV gift card. You can pay the remaining part via iDeal.

Give theater as a gift

The Parktheater gift card is fun to give and receive. This gift card can be used for the purchase of performances, drinks, snacks, dinners and other items in the Parktheater and its restaurant.

The Cadeaukaart (gift card) can carry any amount (starting from € 5) and comes in a nice package.

Cancelling, exchanging and lost tickets

The program is subject to change. It may be that a show is canceled. In that case, we will notify the cardholders as soon as possible. In case of cancellation you will receive the paid amount back (excluding shipping costs).

Exchange cards / return service
If you are unable to attend, you can exchange your tickets for another performance (free of charge) or a voucher (€ 2.50 cancellation fee). Please contact us for the possibilities.

Loss of cards
You may have lost or lost the cards. In that case, please contact us.

Discount for youth

Are you a student in middle school or higher?
Buy a last-minute ticket for just € 14.50.
Last-minute ticket sales are available 30 minutes before the start of a show.
With a CJP pass you get a discount of € 2.50 on nearly all performances.

E-tickets / paper tickets by mail

When purchasing your tickets, you have a choice between e-tickets received by e-mail or paper tickets received in the mail (postal). E-tickets are tickets that are sent to you via e-mail. Paper tickets will be send to your home address. A € 2.50 fee will be charged for shipping.

Prices, BTW, service and shipping costs

Ticket prices include use of the cloakroom, an intermission drink, BTW tax and service costs, but they exclude shipping costs (shipping costs are only charged when you request delivery of paper tickets by mail).
The service costs include system costs, data communication costs, sales costs, administration costs, customer service costs, banking costs and transaction costs. For Parktheater performances at Pand P and Natlab, ticket prices do not include intermission consumption.

Waiting list

In the event of a sold-out performance, you may request to be put on the waiting list. Please contact us if you wish to make such a request. If tickets become available, we will contact you.

Beware where you buy

Purchase your theater tickets safely and without worry! The best way to buy tickets is directly through Parktheater Eindhoven. There are many untrustworthy websites and resellers who buy and resell tickets in mass quantity without the artists’ permission.
And if you buy from them, then you are the victim as you generally end up paying too much. Some retailers charge prices that are double or triple the normal ticket price.
